Get the body of an Olympian

Olympic athletes are among the fittest of the fit in the world. Training year-round for sports that push their physical endurance to the limits is challenging, but necessary if they want a shot at the gold during the Winter Games. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing (which you couldn’t pay me to do!) and speed skating…all sports that gives athletes the shape most of us only dream about! I wish my job sculpted a rock-hard body like Lindsey Vonn. So not fair! Even though you might not win the next gold medal in the women’s downhill, you can get the body of a gold medal winner (or close to it) by following these workout tips from six Olympic athletes to build endurance and stay in shape during the winter.
