Whether I’m traveling for work or play, I step on an airplane and my brain automatically goes into vacation mode. And we all know the best part of being on vacation is being able to eat whatever you want. To add to this loss of control, long layovers and delayed flights can cause a girl to get hungry and make irrational diet decisions. I’m the world’s worst at giving into my cravings and eating an entire bag of hot fries while I wait for my next flight. But I know if I want to stay on the health train and be successful in maintaining a good diet, I have to figure out a way to avoid the airport weight gain. >MORE
